What Happens After You Send the Form
We call you back within one business day, usually sooner. Tell us where the mold is, how big the patch looks and whether anything got wet recently: a leak, a storm, a water heater.
Then we set a time to come out. Inspections are booked within one or two business days. The visual inspection with moisture readings is free and takes about an hour for a normal house, a bit longer if the crawl space is tight.
You get a written quote that lists what comes out, what gets treated and what we think caused it. No deposit to get a price, and no pressure if you'd rather fix a small patch yourself.
Prefer email? Send photos of the spot, a wide shot of the room and one of the nearest window or vent. Photos from the crawl space help too, if you can safely reach the access door.
Good to know before the inspection
Clear a path to the crawl space door and the attic hatch if you can. Don't spray bleach on the spot before we come, because it hides what we need to see and adds water to the problem. If you know roughly when the house was built, tell us.
